My name is David W. Roscoe. I was born in 1953.

In late November 2001 I noticed some strange and unpleasant new problems in my life. I had difficulty relaxing, was not sleeping well, and noticed a high pitched hiss in my ears. In the next couple of weeks the problems became worse. I could get almost no work done.

On 2001 Dec 11, in an attempt to escape these problems, I moved out of my apartment and went to my parents' house. For one day the problems were gone. At my parents' house I had a long and restful sleep overnight, and worked productively the next day.

But that was my last excellent night's sleep. The problems resumed the next night. They increased in number, variety, and intensity. And they continue today.

I concluded that I was being electronicly harassed. I also concluded that, in my case, the harassment was probably because I was a whistleblower. I had been documenting, on my Project Media Matrix web site, various crimes and how those crimes were hidden from us. The intensity of the harassment seemed to increase when I increased that activity.

I immediately began documenting electronic harassment on my Web site. That section eventually became the biggest section of the site, now under the name "Psychotronics". I also learned that there were many others suffering the same way,

Because my Web site has been sabotaged at times, I provide several ways to view it.

First, I provide two copies of it on the Internet. If one copy does not work completely, then maybe the other will.
