In 1994, I signed up and paid for Operation Mind Control. I filed a complaint against a psychic cult in California that has brainwashed and programmed me. C95 0157 DLJ filed in Oakland Superior Court. I did not have an attorney, so the complaint was dismissed.I received Operation Mind Control number 57 from the FoTF in January 1995. Before that day I had not been informed of mind control. I would not have gone to the psychic brainwashers knowing they were the kind of institutes to stay out of. The OMC book recommended seeing a deprogrammer and reintegrating. I was not networked then and did not understand what that meant or where to find a deprogrammer. Now, I understand that to reintegrate means for the separated parts of identity to join with the core.
In 1996, I lost my copy 57 Flatland edition 700 pages of Operation Mind Control while in California.
In 1997 I met Ed Light in California. He talked to me about the internet and the ACHES-MC page. I said that, I would like the implants excised out of my brain and body. Ed showed me some natural health ideas for therapy. Then I went to Washington State and got online at Kinko’s copies. I read about mind control, saw brain scans online and the surgical removal.
In 1998 I enrolled at the University of Minnesota. I am trying to find a career I believe in that is related to art, outdoors, fitness or health
I was CAT scanned in March 2000 and have 36 images. The report says they were "blurred". It says they found a posterior fossa arachnoid cyst. Findings: A small arachnoid cyst overlies the posterior left cerebellar convexity.
In June 2002, at a different neurological clinic I had a new MRI brain scan. A follow up on the Arnold Chiari cyst, compared to the CAT scan March 2000. There is a small arachnoid cyst in the middle fossa on the left side. Its measurements are 3.5 cm in length and 5-6 mm in thickness. The doctors said if I had it removed, it could grow back.
I sent the FoTF a $100 money order in April 2000. They emailed me and said the new CD was taking a long time to finish. In August 2002, I received a 423 page Dell edition of Operation Mind Control

Psychics performed research against the will and consent of the plaintiff.
Psychics performed operations that are cruel and unusual punishment.
Psychics brainwashed plaintiff by modifying the consciousness using hypnosis, trance and coercion.
Psychics used implants to take away the willpower of plaintiff to control his mind.
Psychics occult ritually abused plaintiff to cause mental, physical and psychological damages.
Details of Complaint:
BPI/CDM inflicted mental damages using a variety of techniques aimed at brainwashing, subduing, intimidating and humiliating the plaintiff. Psychics burned out and erased the brain of plaintiff causing mental impairment. The psychics claimed they could improve sensory awareness while they were ruining it. The longer the psychics promised this to keep a dependency, the worse the sensory burnout became.
Psychics stated plaintiff was a "walk in spirit" and removed him from his own body to possess him with psychic beings. This was to convince plaintiff he was not himself and belonged to the psychics. Psychics made constant jokes about stealing bodies to harass plaintiff. Psychics stated that telling dirty jokes and laughing is part of their belief system in "amusement". Psychics traumatized plaintiff with their misguiding mental "voices" and "images" that they program their victims to experience. The psychics repeatedly claimed they were the answer to plaintiff’s problems so he would hand over his money.
BPI/CDM made constant threats of physical harm, cruel operations, and predictions of coming harm. Psychics always invited plaintiff back to check what their abuse did to his consciousness as an experiment. This resulted in loss of consciousness, impaired judgment, MPD, identity disorder and missing time.
Assaultive offenses of BPI/CDM:
BPI/CDM flew into rages often and demonstrated their occult power using what they call "whacks" to cast negative energy at someone to cause harm. Psychics used assaultive gestures with the hands as if throwing darts at the forehead, laying on of hands, touching the back of the skull or shoulder in a shocking manner and waved their hands in the air around the body. These abuses were followed with strange claims of "you are healed, your feeling of sickness is a growth period, where your body will have to assimilate our programming"
After a claimed "psychic healing" plaintiff felt confused, lost and disoriented. Psychics then asked if plaintiff felt "light headed" and described it as a good effect as if an ideal state of brainwashed. Psychics used fortune telling claims of wealth, success and fame disguised as "psychic advice". Psychics did repeated programming sessions that caused ruin in plaintiffs’ goals and directions in life for career options and college. The negative assessments of the psychics caused plaintiff irreparable damages.
